Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Wedding: Ice Cream Recipe
Splash News Online

She may be prepping for the most anticipated wedding of 2014, but Kim Kardashian isn’t going to let that stop her from quenching an ice-cream craving.

On Sunday, the reality star and fiancé Kanye West quickly ducked into the Parisian outpost of Häagen-Dazs on Rue Saint-Honore, where they each got a macadamia nut brittle cone before returning to their car.

And apparently Kim isn’t the only Kardashian who’s cuckoo for a cone: Her sister Kourtney also posted her own shot on Instagram of her coffee-flavored cone with the caption, “Some French ice cream is tres chic. #coffeeicecream#inparis.” (Her toddler, Penelope, also appears in the shot with a chilled treat of her own.)

Since summer is looming and coffee ice cream offers the perfect chance to combine your caffeine and sweet fixes in one treat, we present a simple recipe inspired by Kourtney’s flavor of choice. If you store your machine’s bowl in the freezer (wrapped tightly in plastic to keep it clean), it will always be cold enough for a spontaneous ice-cream-making session.

Coffee Ice Cream
Makes 1 pint

6 large egg yolks
2 cups whole milk
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup dark-roasted coffee beans, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

1. In a bowl, beat egg yolks to blend.

2. In a 3- to 4-quart pan over medium-high heat, combine milk, cream, sugar, and coffee beans; stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is simmering. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 30 minutes. Pour through a fine strainer into a bowl; discard coffee beans. Rinse pan, return milk mixture to it, and bring to a simmer over low heat.

3. Whisk ½ cup of the warm milk mixture into egg yolks; pour yolk mixture into pan. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, 4 to 6 minutes; do not boil.

4. Pour into a clean bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until cold, about 2 hours; if desired, cover and chill up to 1 day.

5. Stir vanilla into custard. Freeze mixture in a 1-quart or larger ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve, or transfer ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours, or up to 1 week.

Kris Jenner Is Releasing New Kardashian ‘Kollection’ Cookbook

Kris Jenner: Kardashian Family Cookbook

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to have dinner with the Kardashians, well, you’re a little bit closer to finding out.

Kris Jenner is releasing her first cookbook, In the Kitchen with Kris: A Kollection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites (available Oct. 21), which will feature her personal recipes and entertaining tips.

“I finally got so tired of sharing my recipes one-by-one with everybody that asked, that it just made sense to do a book and put it all together,” she told E!’s Giuliana Rancic.

Fans of Keeping Up with the Kardashians may not recall seeing the soon-to-be-grandmother of four doing much cooking in her kitchen, but Jenner says her recipes are the ones her family has always favored.

“I make a really mean grilled cheese sandwich so Mason and Penelope love my grilled cheese sandwiches,” Jenner said, according to International Business Times.

No details yet on whether her famous children will make appearances in the pages — fingers crossed that we see dishes like Kim Kardashian’s Koconut Kream Pie or Kourtney’s Karamel Kappuccino — but it’s clear that they had a hand in shaping the book. “I think that what I love so much about our life is that we love to celebrate, we love tradition,” Jenner said.

“[Cooking] is almost like the way that I calm down. Some people do things to relax, they’ll go play golf or have a sport. Me? I’m in the kitchen,” she said. “Nothing makes me happier, so I hope I can share that with everybody else.”

What’s in Kourtney Kardashian’s Kitchen Pantry?

It’s the side of Kourtney Kardashian you don’t see on camera: her role as the Kardashian family’s pantry cop.

“I pick apart everyone’s pantries,” she tells Natural Health magazine in its September issue, on newsstands August 7. “They think I’m super-annoying.”

The organic-foods junkie is regularly on patrol at her mother Kris Jenner‘s house — and if tickets were issued, she’d have a stack. “I saw my mom making meals for my kids, and I said, ‘This is the cheese you use? This is the butter?’ But I guess that’s just part of going to Grandma’s house.”

The pregnant reality star tells the magazine she wasn’t raised to be this picky about the foods she eats. She adopted her clean-living attitude — and Ayurvedic alternative medicine techniques — after she had her children, Mason, 4, and Penelope, 2.

“When I got home from school, my snack was a bag of chips or cookies, and as an adult, I didn’t even know what organic meant — I’d just go to the market and buy the same thing my mom bought. I didn’t really have any thoughts about it before I had my kids,” she says.

Having nursed both kids for over a year, she put the focus on foods when the kids began eating solids. “I began making their baby food myself, all of it organic,” she says. “After that, I was super cautious about what to introduce to their diets.”

In recent years, she has become fond of the Panchakarma cleanse, a detox treatment involving massage and herbal therapy, to rejuvenate her own body and mind, and her yoga teacher clued her in to a new way of preparing food at home. “We would do yoga for an hour and then she’d stay for another hour and cook with me,” she says. “That’s where I got all of my rules. In our house, we do everything whole: whole milk and full-fat cheeses. And I use ghee and coconut oil for cooking.”

While she definitely makes exceptions when her family — including boyfriend Scott Disick — is on the go, they eat organic when they can and try to keep healthy food and snacks stocked in their own pantry. With another baby on the way, though, she’s definitely listening to her belly: “I try to eat pretty healthy, but I think it’s fun and important to listen to your cravings. I develop a thing for Nilla Wafer cookies every time. I have no idea why!”

Kris Jenner’s Grandkids Are ‘In Love With’ Her Homemade Rice Pilaf — Get the Recipe

Most grandmothers love cooking for their grandchildren, and Kris Jenner is no exception.

So when mealtime comes for little North West, Mason and Penelope Disick, the famous matriarch happily whips up her signature dish, that also happens to be the kids’ favorite.

“All three of them right now are in love with my pilaf,” says Jenner, whose first cookbook In the Kitchen With Kris: A Kollection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites debuts October 21. “It’s the perfect little side dish to any dish we cook for the babies. Whether it’s lamb chops or grilled chicken or even with applesauce. It’s hysterical; all of my grandkids are into my pilaf!”

And it’s no surprise why the dish is such a hit. The “family heirloom recipe” was passed down to Jenner from her late ex-husband, Robert Kardashian’s mother.  And that is just what the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is hoping to do with her own cookbook.

Instagram Photo

“As a family we love to entertain and have meals together, and now that I have grandchildren, I though it would be really fun to put together a lot of their favorite dishes,” Jenner  tells PEOPLE. “It would be something they’d always have even when I’m not around. Just if for no other reason, it was for them.”

And speaking of “them,” the Kardashian-Jenner clan are fully represented in the book. The reality star includes family-inspired dishes like Kim’s Super Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese, Khloe’s Buttermilk Fried Chicken and even something for her  soon-to-be ex-husband — Bruce’s Meatloaf and Mashies.

For a taste of Jenner’s family-friendly rice pilaf, which can also be found in her new book (now available for pre-sale), try her recipe.

Nana’s “Wedding” Rice Pilaf
Makes: 8 to 10 servings

1/2 cup blanched silvered almonds
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
1½ cups vermicelli, broken into 1½ to 2-inch pieces
2 cups long-grain rice
3½ cups reduced-sodium chicken broth, heated to steaming
1½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
½ cup seedless raisins

1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the almonds and cook, stirring occasionally, until toasted, about 3 minutes. Transfer the almonds to a plate. Set aside.

2. Heat the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the vermicelli and stir constantly until it is lightly toasted, about 1 minute. Add the rice and stir constantly until most of the rice turns chalky white, about 1 minute more. Add the chicken broth, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the saucepan tightly. Simmer until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid, about 18 minutes.

3. Remove from the heat. Add the toasted almonds and raisins (do not stir them in) and cover the saucepan again. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff the pilaf with a fork and transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot.

Photos: Kourtney Kardashian Had Her Pajama Party Baby Shower at IHOP

Kourtney Kardashian‘s pancake breakfast baby shower really took “dress code: casual” to new heights.

On Sunday, Kardashian’s girlfriends threw the pregnant reality star an informal shower at IHOP, with everyone in pajamas.

Kardashian, who’s expecting her third child with boyfriend, Scott Disick, sported red loungewear and a matching fuzzy devil horns tiara.

Instagram Photo

“I have the best friends in the world! Sunday morning 9am IHOP in our pajamas! #fancyBabyShower,” she posted on Instagram, along with a group shot of her pj-clad gal pals.

Every party needs a signature drink, and Kardashian’s was likely the perfect sip for a pregnant guest of honor — a mug of hot chocolate topped with hefty helping whipped cream. Clearly, she and her niece have similar tastes in beverages!

Instagram Photo

After indulging in IHOP’s breakfast bounty, the partygoers ended the shindig with a sweet finish: a white basket-weave cake with a “Happy Baby Shower Kourtney” sign.

Instagram Photo

It was the second baby shower in a week for the expectant star. Five days earlier, her sisters Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner threw her a brunch with a Breakfast at Tiffany’s theme at the Conservatory at the Montage in Beverly Hills.

For that party, we’re guessing that pajamas were optional.

Kris Jenner: ‘Kim Cooks a Lot at My House’

$

Kim Kardashian Kris JennerDavid X Prutting/BFAnyc/Sipa USA

With such a large family, what is meal time really like in the Kardashian-Jenner house?

Well, according to Kris Jenner, it’s a little chaotic especially when you’re dealing with various dietary restrictions.

“We have a lot of family members. My kids are grown. They now have husbands and baby daddies and boyfriends. I’ve gotten used to everybody’s situation,” Jenner recently told Yahoo Food.

“Mason [Kourtney’s son] is allergic to peanut butter, so we’re pretty much a peanut-free house. Scott [Disick] is lactose intolerant, so he’s not a cheese guy. You just kind of adapt to everyone’s situation and what people like. Some people don’t eat certain foods, or they don’t like certain things. Believe me, I’ve had my share of picky eaters around here.”

And although the author of In The Kitchen With Kris doesn’t cater to everyone’s foodie needs all the time, she’s still always in the kitchen. “I cook all the time,” she said. “Well, now my granddaughter North lives with me, and Kanye and Kim, so I cook almost every night.”

So does Kim help out in the kitchen? “She cooks a lot at my house,” Jenner said. “She does the best fried chicken and she does mac and cheese and she does great veggies and she does an amazing banana pie.”

Not to mention North’s love for Jenner’s rice pilaf.

And Jenner’s organizational skills are also rubbing off on her daughters. “My refrigerator is sort of right in the middle of the kitchen, so I want it to look amazing at all times,” The Keeping Up With The Kardashians matriarch said.

Khloe is the queen of the perfect refrigerator. If you saw hers, you would die. Kim, Kourtney, we’re all the same. We’re a little crazy, I guess.”

Want to cook like Kim? Get her mac ‘n cheese recipe, which is also in Jenner’s cookbook, below.

Kim’s Super Cheese Macaroni and Cheese
Serves 6

6 tbsp. unsalted butter, plus softened butter for the baking dish
1 lb. elbow macaroni
3 tbsp. all-purpise flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard powder
3 cups whole milk, heated
½ yellow onion, shredded on the large holes of a box grater
½ tsp. sweet paprika
1 bay leaf
8 oz. pasteurized processed cheese, such as Velveeta, cubed
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded freshly grated parmesan cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black petter
3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko bread crumbs

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Do not overcook the macaroni as it will soften when baked. Drain well.

3. Meanwhile, melt 3 tbsp. butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and the dry mustard. Reduce the heat to low and let cook, but do not brown, whisking often, for 2 minutes. Whisk in the hot milk, being sure the mixture is smooth. Whisk in the shredded onion, paprika, bay leaf and bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking often. Raise the heat to medium low and simmer, whisking often, until the sauce is slightly reduced and the consistency of thick heavy cream, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.

4. Mix the Velveeta, cheddar, goat cheese, Gruyere, mozzarella and parmesan together in a medium bowl. Add three quarts of the cheese mixture to the sauce. Let stand for 1 minute, then stir until the cheeses melt. Season with salt and pepper to fast. Stir in the beaten eggs and mix well. Add the macaroni and mix well. Spread in the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese mixture.

5. Melt the remaining 3 tbsp. butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the panko and stir well. Sprinkle evenly over the macaroni mixture. Bake until the sauce is bubbling around the edges and the topping is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Khloé Kardashian Shares an Inside Look at Her Family’s Thanksgiving Meal: I’m a ‘Fat Girl Chef’

Khloé Kardashian has already gifted her fans with her famous Thanksgiving mac and cheese recipe, and now she’s sharing exactly how to make the “mouth-watering monkey bread” she also served for the holiday.

In a video post on her website and app, Khloé takes us “behind the scenes of KoKo’s Kitchen” as she makes the delicious-looking dessert.

“I want to be a chef but I’m only a fat girl chef, like I only like to make fat, comfort food. I’m not like, a healthy chef person,” Kardashian, 31, says in the video.

The secret to the reality star’s easy recipe is using store-bought biscuit dough, which she cuts into chunks and rolls in cinnamon sugar.

Screen Shot 2015-12-07 at 3.37.27 PM

“I’m sure you can make your own biscuits but I don’t have enough time for that,” she says. “Honey, I’ve had a tough year so I’m going to cut a corner on this one and I hope it tastes just as good!”

After dousing the dough with a mixture of margarine and brown sugar and baking, she flips the dessert onto a cake plate so the sugars trickle downwards and lets it cool. Around 10 minutes later, she carefully lifts off the bundt pan and voilá!

“This looks so f—ing good. It’s definitely not on my diet but how bomb is this?” Khloé says.

The dish served as the centerpiece for the dessert table at the famous family’s Thanksgiving, which Khloé hosted this year for the second time.

In another new video, she shows a behind-the-scenes look at their holiday table, where she asks each of her family members what they’re most thankful for.

“I’m thankful that [my brother] Rob [Kardashian] replied to my text today. I haven’t talked to him in a while,” Kylie Jenner says, sitting in between her boyfriend Tyga and her sister Kendall Jenner. “And we had a conversation, and I sent him my poem I wrote for him, and it was really good.”

“I am thankful for everyone here. And I’m thankful for the good vibes and I’m thankful for the food,” Kendall chimes in.

“I’m thankful that Lamar [Odom] liked my album,” Kim Kardashian West‘s husband Kanye West, says with a smile as Kim reveals that the couple, who recently welcomed a new son Saint, visited Khloé’s estranged husband in the hospital and that he loved Kanye’s new music.

“I’m thankful cause I wake up in the morning and I can’t wait for the day to start,” Caitlyn Jenner says while seated at the head of the table next to ex-wife Kris. “I’m thankful for everybody in this room.”

As for the hostess with the mostest, Khloé reveals she’s most thankful that the famous family is “actually able to be at the same table together” after their “crazy year.”

“Who would have thought because so much s— has happened that we would all be sitting here breaking bread together?” Khloé says.

Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian are quite close sisters — literally.

Gracing the cover of the March issue of Architectural Digest, the celebrity siblings showed off their stunning homes, which are located around the corner from each other in an ultra-exclusive private community in Calabasas, California.

Though it’s clear that each sister has her own unique style (and, if you know anything about them, personality), they both used the same interior designer — Martyn Lawrence Bullard — to achieve the dream homes they wanted.

“Our tastes are very specific and completely different,” Khloé said. “When we go furniture shopping, I stand there tapping my foot while Kourtney shows me modern pieces. Then we head somewhere full of exotic, beautiful things and all she can say is, ‘I like nothing here.'”

Kourtney’s living room boasts modern vibes with a simple black-and-white color scheme and subtle hints of vibrance. “I am very afraid of color, but when you have kids, you can’t be so stringent. Martyn was able to introduce bright pops in a way I can handle,” she said.

Khloé takes a more vintage approach to her living room, with a John Sallibello sofa and ornately embellished Levantine mirror.

Kourtney’s kitchen is equipped with limestone floors, pendant lights, and, of course, top-of-the-line appliances.

The pristine look of Khloé’s kitchen is only upstaged by her famous perfectly stacked cookie jars.

And though their tastes may differ, they both share the type-A gene from the family matriarch, Kris Jenner. “My mom has always had a vision for our houses—she taught us the joy of interior design,” Kourtney said. “My sisters and I are perfectionists because we were brought up that way.”

They may share a sarcastic sense of humor and tens of millions of Twitter followers, but when it comes to the décor of their neighboring Calabasas homes, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian have decidedly disparate tastes.

“One of the most important things for Kourtney is comfort,” their interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard tells PEOPLE. “It’s a family home; it has to work for her kids. Khloé is a gorgeous single woman so we wanted the house to be very sexy, but also strong.”

And Lawrence Bullard says his famous clients, who show off their luxe pads in the March issue of Architectural Digest, inherited “a love of decorating” from mom Kris Jenner. “They’re both really house proud and they love the process,” he says. “Kourtney in particular is a design enthusiast. She’s so thirsty for knowledge, so it’s been a learning journey with her.”

RELATED: Kris Jenner’s L.A. Home Gets a Glam Makeover (PHOTOS)

And each Kardashian sister has her own (fabulous) personal touches that make both homes unique. For Khloé, that includes a mirrored glam room and an over the top, tented living room, reminiscent of an “exotic Moroccan fantasy.”

Says Lawrence Bullard: “It’s very rare that you get clients who let you be that theatrical. Khloé has that in her. She has a passion for being different.”

For more on Khloé and Kourtney’s Calabasas homes, pick up this week’s issue of PEOPLE on newsstands Friday.

As for Kourtney, atop her bed lies a massive 7×8 foot mattress, perfect for snuggling with three little ones. “It’s amazing,” says Lawrence Bullard. “All the kids bundle in with her; it’s where they get to spend fun alone time together.”

RELATED: Step Inside the Ultra-Glam Homes of Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian

The sisters’ distinct kitchens are top spots in each of their homes, one perhaps a bit more meticulous than the other. Says Lawrence Bullard: “Khloé loves everything completely in order. If you open her cupboards, everything is perfectly placed, like within a millimeter!” Contrary to Kourtney’s “more functioning kitchen,” the designer says Khloé “loves everything really tidy and crisp. That’s why we did everything in her kitchen in beautiful white.”

Despite their style choices, Lawrence Bullard says both Kourtney and Khloé were looking for one thing first and foremost. “Their lives are crazy,” he says. “Their homes are about being sanctuaries. And they let me create magic for both of them.”

With the help of interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian transformed their neighboring Calabasas homes into oases of glamour.

“It has such a great vibe,” Kourtney tells PEOPLE exclusively of her decked out space featured in the March issue of Architectural Digest. “When I bought the house [in February 2014] I knew what I wanted it to be like. I want it simple and neutral and somewhat modern.”

RELATED: Step Inside the Ultra-Glam Homes of Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian

And kid-friendly of course. “The most important thing is that it’s comfortable, so we can run around and I don’t have to worry about it,” says the mom of three (Mason, 6, Penelope, 3 and Reign, 1). “I want it be warm, but I also want it be chic and reflect my personal style. I think we really accomplished all of those things.”

With an envy-inducing art collection (pieces by Roy Lichtenstein and James Turrell adorn walls; Penelope even has an Andy Warhol in her bedroom!) and wall-to-wall alpaca carpeting in the bedroom, (Khloé has the same), Kourtney says her home perfectly reflects this point in her life.

RELATED: Kris Jenner’s L.A. Home Gets a Glam Makeover (PHOTOS)

“In my last house, we never used the pool,” she says. “In this house we use every single room. And with the outdoors, [landscape artist] Jim Hyatt created such a magical world for my family and me. It’s truly amazing.”

The little ones are taking full advantage of what Kourtney refers to as “California living.” Think giant slide, a 7×8-foot custom bed in Mom’s room (perfect for snuggling) and a playroom stocked with toys.

“I buy things that I like the way they look,” says Kourtney, of the unfortunate tendency for kids’ playthings to be eyesores. “I just got Reign all new musical instruments and I picked out ones that I like the way they look, so if they’re laying all over the floor, they look cool!”

RELATED: Khloé Kardashian Shows Off Her Meticulously Organized Cupboard: ‘I Know Everyone’s Not Going to Go This Far’

Similarly, when it comes to her kids’ bedrooms (Penelope has a custom headboard in pink mohair; Mason has bunk beds and a ceiling covered in stars; Reign has a Moroccan Berber rug and art by Mr. Brainwash), Kourtney says they stay mostly chic and neat.

Kourtney Kardashian Works Out to Kanye West’s New Album, Says Trainer ‘Almost Made Me Throw Up’

Kourtney Kardashian

It’s no secret Kourtney Kardashian loves a good workout — and she’s pretty much nailed the post-gym selfie, too.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took to Instagram on Wednesday to post not one but two mirror pics — one from the front, one from the side — because as any member of the famous Kardashian-Jenner clan knows, the secret to a good selfie is all about angles, and when your good side is every side, you need more than one photo to prove it.

Kardashian, 36, seemingly referenced her trainer in the first picture, crediting him for the tough workout: “Don has been gone for 10 days but he is back! He almost made me throw up … love those kids of workouts.”

RELATED: EXCLUSIVE: Get Kourtney Kardashian’s ‘Cheat Day’ Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe

“I needed this,” she captioned in the second selfie, in which the mom of three, wearing black leggings and a sports bra (from her enviable collection, no doubt), shows off her toned abs from the side.

The reality star also tweeted her tunes of choice during the sweat session: brother-in-law Kanye West‘s new album, The Life of Pablowhich she said took her workouts “to a whole new level.”

In particular, Kardashian has been jamming to “Highlights” — and suggested her fans do the same.

“Warning: when listening to Highlights in the gym and @ElDeBarge and @TheKingDream sing, you may start singing really loud. #TheLifeofPablo,” she tweeted.

In a candid blog post on her website in January, Kardashian explained that focusing on fitness to lose the baby weight from her son Reign, now 1, helped her stay strong after her July split from Scott Disick, her partner of nine years and the father of her children.

“Everyone deals with hard times in their lives differently. I’m generally not a nervous person but I get anxious. I also get nauseous and feel like I can’t eat when it is really bad, but I force myself to stay healthy,” she wrote. “One thing I’ve found that really helps is working out. I try to exercise 5 days a week. I usually start with a quick run or jumping rope to warm up. I have to do something fast to really kill it. And I definitely need good music.”

“People are very quick to judge others by appearances but you truly don’t know what someone’s motivation is or what is going on inside them,” she added. “For me, exercise is as much about my body as it is about calming my mind.”

Khloé Kardashian got some of her best health advice from within her own family.

The youngest Kardashian sister, 31, is sharing the best health tips she got from her older sister Kourtney in a new Khlo-Fit post on her website and app.

“Kourt is such a health freak, but I can appreciate someone who tries to live their life to such a high standard,” writes Khloé. “She’s totally turned her diet around after having kids and I can respect that!”

Kourtney’s first tip is to not drink any soda.

“Kourtney does not allow soda in her house,” Khloé explains. “I do appreciate that and so I’ve been drinking way more water, but when I am craving a soda, I have to hide it from her, even in my own house!”

Kourtney, 36, also refuses to eat food that isn’t organic – something that Khloé sometimes struggles to do.

“I think it’s important to eat organic, but there are definitely times when I run to my local big-box store for groceries,” she says. “When that happens, Kourtney will straight-up look through my fridge and if she sees something that is not organic, she’ll give it away!”

While Kourtney has banned the use of microwaves in her house, that’s one rule Khloé can’t get behind.

“She got rid of hers, and wants me to heat up everything on the stove,” she says. “F— that! Who has the time?!”

One thing Khloé fully embraces is eating Ezekial bread, which she explains is made without any added flavors.

She also has taken a cue from her older sister and stopped storing leftovers in plastic containers: “Plastic is a big no-no in Kourt’s eyes and I’m a total convert now,” says Khloé. “All my food storage containers are glass!”

Kourtney Kardashian‘s love affair with chocolate candy continues.

Sitting on a couch with her sister Khloé, Kourtney begins her methodical, five-step process for consuming the chocolate candy, which she documents on Instagram (the full video is available on her website).

“First you take the paper off,” she demonstrates in the clip before beginning her signature nibble.  Next, “you eat the chocolate around the sides … and you try not to get any peanut butter.”  In case you need a little extra help, Kourtney advises to “bite with precision to avoid the peanut butter.”

“So you’re just having a chocolate appetizer.” says Khloé.

Next up, Kourtney eats all the chocolate off the top and then off the bottom, which she perfects by picking the chocolate off with her fingers and eating it so all that’s left is a the round peanut butter filling. “You can do this with your teeth too,” she suggests. “It’s like an uber talent.”

“Well, when people ask you what your hidden talent is you should say ‘I know how to rip a Kit Kat apart like no other and a Reese’s,'” says Khloé.

“The grand finale, you eat the peanut butter,” she says. “People who say the Kardashian’s aren’t talented, you were wrong….don’t underestimate the talent of Kourtney Kardashian.”

“So what are you going to eat next?”  Khloé asks.

According videos from Kourtney’s Snapchat, they may have started the trip a little hungover, but they definitely did not let that hold them back as they embarked on a two-day tour of the vineyards.

Called the “health freak” of the Kardashian clan (by Khloé!), Kourtney Kardashian lives up to her title – mostly.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared her favorite foods and daily routines in an interview with The New Potato.

On the “health freak” side of the spectrum, the reality star swears by drinking ghee, a clarified butter, each morning.

RELATED: Khloé Kardashian Reveals the Best Health Tips She’s Received from Kourtney: No Soda, All Organic Food

“I have been eating it for years because my grandmother made it, not even knowing what it was,” Kardashian says. “Now I drink it every morning; I have one teaspoon. You melt it and you drink it first thing in the morning, and then you can’t eat or drink anything for twenty minutes after. It has to be the first thing in your stomach.”

And during the rest of the day, she sticks to a plant-based diet to keep her body nourished from the inside out.

“I definitely feel like beauty is also what you put inside your body, so I really take a lot of care with what I eat, and what I feed my kids,” Kardashian says. “I just think it’s really important as a lifestyle. I do have indulgences now and then, but for everyday I usually always eat a certain way and drink a lot of water.”

“I drink green tea with Manuka honey, and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I try to eat gluten-free and dairy-free, so it’s a mostly plant based diet. That’s my typical everyday.”

Kardashian’s healthy lifestyle comes so naturally to her at this point, it’s even part of her ideal food day.

“If it was an ideal day, I would have Bishi, which is this Armenian breakfast that my grandma taught me how to make – Khloé and I make it together – and probably turkey bacon and some berries. I think I would still go healthy on lunch and have the chopped salad from the Beverly Hills Hotel. It’s top secret; it’s not on the menu. And then what would be dinner? Maybe Mastro’s Steakhouse. I’d have the pretzel bread, the cold crab legs, cream spinach and the butter cake for dessert.”

But when it comes to her last meal, it’s fast food, all the way.

“[My last meal would be] McDonald’s french fries, and a McDonald’s vanilla milkshake. I think it would just be with my kids.”

Some of the hottest bodies in Hollywood belong to women who have had kids.

Whether you’re a mom or not, try these moves created by celebrity trainer and owner of Barry’s Bootcamp Miami Beach and Midtown Miami Derek DeGrazio to tone up like some of the fittest celebrity mothers.

Drop It Like It’s Squat: Try this move to get a butt like Jennifer Lopez. “It’s simply one of the best exercises in the book,” DeGrazio tells PEOPLE. “You burn burn fat and calories. And you get a butt like JLo. Deal or deal?”

“Standing with your feet hip-width apart, inhale and slowly sit back toward your heels, keeping your back flat, chin up and shoulder blades back. Sit back until your legs are at a 90-degree angle (forming a chair), keeping your knees behind your toes. Then exhale, press through your heals back up to starting position. Repeat three times for 15 reps each set with medium-sized weights.”

Lunge Toward Lima Legs: This exercise will get you supermodel legs like Adriana Lima. “Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Inhale, and take a step forward with your left leg, keeping your knee behind your toes, with your leg at a 90-degree angle. Exhale, and push off your feet back to the starting position. Repeat with your right leg. Do three sets of 15 reps for each leg with medium-sized weights.”

Planks: Want abs like Gwen Stefani? “No Doubt you’ll see great results with your abs by adding a plank into the mix. You’ll get a toned belly for sure, but planks also help improve posture, balance and reduce lower back pain. To do a plank, push your body up with your elbows under your shoulders and wrists in line with your elbows. Keep your shoulders pulled back away from your ears, back flat, neutral spine and breathe in and out, contracting your abdominals. Do this for three sets of 60 seconds.”

Push-ups: This classic move will get you arms like Kelly Ripa’s. “You don’t have to be a talk-show host for people to talk about your arms. Do push-ups. It’s simple – they work. Start in push-up position on your hands and balls of your feet. Keep your hands under your shoulders, back flat with a neutral spine. Inhale, and lower your chest about an inch from the floor, keeping your elbows close to your body. Exhale, and press through your palms back to the starting position. Repeat three times for 15 reps each.”

Half Burpees for the Better Half: Get head-to-toning and achieve Kourtney Kardashian’s flawless “revenge body” physique by integrating this challenging move into your workouts. “One of the best revenges is looking good. One of the best exercises to look good? Burpees. Good thing your ex is gone because you only need you and you only for this move. Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart. Lower to the ground in a squat and reach your hands down in front of you. Place your palms on the ground, and jump your feet back into a high plank position. Lower your body to the ground, and then push back up into a high plank position. Then jump your legs back under your hips, and stand back to your feet. Repeat three times for 15 reps each.”

Look Inside Kourtney Kardashian’s Modern, Luxurious and Comfortable Living and Dining Rooms

Kourtney Kardashian wanted her home to feel comfortable above all else, and worked with interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to create chic yet inviting spaces for her living room and dining room.

“Designing my house with Martyn Lawrence Bullard was such a fun experience, and I’m so proud of the beautiful space we created for my family,” Kardashian, 37, said on her website.

Bullard created mood boards for the rooms so that Kardashian could anticipate what the finished product would look like.

“She’s very visual and she loves to feel and see, and really understand the furniture pieces before she buys them,” said Bullard in a video on the site.

For Kardashian, the living room was one of the most important rooms when it came to decorating.

“The living room is a very special space because in Kourtney’s house, it’s the heart of the home,” said Bullard. “For me, modern luxury is comfort. Kourtney’s all about comfort. She loves big deep sofas and very soft, lush pillows, and things, which is quite funny because she’s quite little, and so it’s kind of great to see her little, tiny, gorgeous body with these huge pieces of furniture.”

Kardashian’s living room features large Christian Liaigre sofas and a patchwork cowhide rug, as well as lots of modern art, including a Damien Hirst piece that was a gift to her from Scott Disick.

“What I love about Kourtney is that she will go for something that’s really unexpected, a little Kardashian flavor into the mix of the room,” said Bullard.

The dining room was also of utmost importance to the mom-of-three.

“In a Kardashian home, one of the most important rooms to all of them is a dining room,” said Bullard. “One of the main things that Kourtney wanted to have in her dining room was a really big table, so fortunately, the dining room space was big enough that we could create a beautiful, very long, very modern-feeling and inviting dining space.”

The dining room features a collection of vintage Pierre Jeanneret dining chairs, which Bullard collected from all over the world in flea markets and art auctions.

“And then of course to add a little more of Kourtney’s style, we wanted to add contemporary art, so we added in a really important piece of 70s art by Roy Lichtenstein,” said Bullard. “His amazing piece of art gives life and it gives passion to a dining room.”
